Infante, Griffith Promoted

Gregory Infante has been promoted to Winston-Salem from Kannapolis and Nevin Griffith has been promoted to Kannapolis from Bristol. Infante was 3-5 with a 3.26 ERA in 15 starts. In 88.1 innings pitched, he racked up 75 K’s to 37 BB. Griffith was 0-1 with a 5.00 ERA in 2 starts. In 9 innings pitched, he had 7 K’s to 7 BB. Griffith is coming off of Tommy John surgery from an injury suffered last summer during his play in Great Falls.

    Interesting and slightly disappointing to see Infante promoted over Carter, but I’m sure they have their reasons.
