The top two picks of the White Sox 2009 draft could be on a fast track to the Majors.

With the sixth pick in the Compensation A round, 38th overall, the Chicago White Sox selected Josh Phegley, a catcher out of Indiana University. The 21 year old junior catcher becomes the second Hoosier taken in this year’s draft and he joins Jared Mitchell as one of the top Sox picks.
